To use many of the features within VP-ASP you need to set READ/WRITE permissions on certain folders within the site structure.
Doing this yourself from within Plesk is very straight froward.
Go to your Plesk control panel and log in using your admin details.
Select the domain you wish to update.
You will now see a number of icons on the main page, select Web Directories.
Now click on the icon to the far right of the page you wil lsee a yellow padlock icon. Click this.
You will now see a page with a number of different admin users on the left and the permission tree on the right:
Match the selection in the above screenshot so the settings are correctly configured:
Check "Replace permission entrieson all objects with entries shown here that apply to child objects"
Select the Plesk IIS User account
On the right hand side make sure only READ and WRITE are checked.
Follow the above steps for the following folders:
Editor
Export
HTML
Images
Import
